I woke up this morning and thought, "who can I help today". I say this every morning and believe that is how success comes to me in Real Estate.  In 2019 I received the Directors Platinum award and in 2018 I earned the Royal LePage Diamond Award, ranking in the top 3% of Canada for my marketplace. I have a process to get your home sold that includes staging which gives it an edge on the other homes for sale.  I  introduce your house to the market through creative writing, hi-lighting the benefits of your home means a potential buyer can imagine they are in your living room already.

Helping buyers find the perfect gem is another thrill for me. It can get discouraging looking on your own. I have the inside scoop to find the perfect home for your family. 

The dog: Being the youngest of 10 kids, you learn quickly how to grab attention. I ran into the marketing legend Jay Conrad Levinson in Detroit years back and he agreed with me to put my dog in my advertising. You can't argue with the creator of Scrubbing Bubbles! Speaking of being from a large family, Mom had a way of making us each feel special. Applying this to my business, I pride myself on giving my full support. I often find myself thinking, "these are the best people I've ever worked with" and I mean it. 90% of my business comes from referrals from clients, family and friends. Could be my enthusiasm when someone contacts me to help them buy or sell.
